What happens when you order?

Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, we'll dispatch your order with our courier. As of March 25th 2020 our courier pick up days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday until further notice.

Note that paying by bank transfer can cause a delay as your payment may take a business day to clear.

If you opt to pay with Layby then we'll be in touch with your payment plan. This usually involves 4 weekly payments for orders under $200, and 6 weekly payments for orders over $200.

If your order contains items on Pre-Order then you'll receive a separate email letting you know when these are expected to ship. If your order contains a mix of in stock and Pre-Order products then we will ship everything together to save shipping cost. If you'd like to have your order sent in two different shipments, let us know and we'll arrange it. Extra shipping cost may apply.

Once your order has been scanned by our courier, you'll be sent a link to track your order. For delivery time-frames and prices check out our Delivery Info. You can track orders here.
