What happens when you order?

Once your order is placed and payment has been confirmed, we'll dispatch your order with our courier at 8am on the next business day. If your order is placed before 1PM on a business day then your order will be dispatched the same afternoon.

Note that paying by bank transfer can cause a delay as your payment may take a business day to clear.

If you opt to pay with Laybuy then we'll be in touch with your payment plan. This usually involves 4 weekly payments for orders under $200, and 6 weekly payments for orders over $200.

If your order contains items on Pre-Order then you'll receive a separate email letting you know when these are expected to ship. If your order contains a mix of in stock and Pre-Order products then we will ship everything together to save shipping cost. If you'd like to have your order sent in two different shipments, let us know and we'll arrange it. Extra shipping cost may apply.

If you have opted to Click and Collect from our location in Papamoa, Tauranga then we'll be in touch to arrange a time that suits.
